We want you to love your LOCOZ order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Returns on Unopened Products
You can return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or had the safety seal broken.
Products purchased as part of a bundle may be returned individually if unopened; the refund will reflect the discounted bundle price paid for that item.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@trylocoz.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
- Ship the item(s) back in their original, unopened condition. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trylocoz.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Want a different product or flavor? Return the unopened item following the steps above, and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@trylocoz.com.
